Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. 1/2 cup yellow moong dal
  2. 1 cup wheat flour
  3. 2 spoon dried fenugreek leaves
  4. Salt as per taste
  5. 1 pinch cumin seeds
  6. 1 pinch carom seeds
  7. 1/4 spoon red chilly powder
  8. Refined oil

Instructions

  1. Soak moong dal for 1 hour and strain into a strainer
  2. Coarsly grind in a mixer without water
  3. Put it in a bowl and mix wheat flour,carom seeds,cumin seeds, dried fenugreek leaves,salt,red chilly powder and 2 spoon oil
  4. Knead a hard dough and add little water if required
  5. Cover and keep aside for 10 minutes
  6. Devide into 4 parts and roll into a thick circle
  7. Cut into heart shape with a cookie cutter
  8. Deep fry in hot oil on low flame
  9. Serve to kids
