About Noodle samosa Recipe

Make these yummy noodle samosa for ur kids to make them happy.

Noodle samosa

Ingredients to make Noodle samosa

  • maida 1 cup
  • salt little
  • onion seed 1tsp
  • 1tbsp oil for dough
  • 1 cup boiled Noodles
  • Sliced veggie like capcicum, onion, cabbage, beans, corn 1cup
  • Soya sauce 1tsp
  • chilly sauce 1tsp
  • tomato sauce 1tbsp
  • vinegar 1tbsp
  • pepper powder 1tsp
  • ginger garlic chopped 1tbsp
  • Spring onion 1tbsp
  • oil for frying

How to make Noodle samosa

  1. Knead the dough by mixing maida, salt, onion seeds, oil 1tbsp n water. Cover n keep it for 15 mins.
  2. For stuffing, heat 1tbsp oil in a pan. Add garlic ginger (chopped). Fry for few secs on high flame. Then add all veggies n fry 1 min
  3. Then add all sauces, vinegar, pepper, salt, noodles n toss on high flame for 2 mins. Then add spring onion n switch off the flame. Let it cool
  4. Make Samosas out of the dough with noodles stuffing. Then fry it in slow med flame till Crispy n brown. Serve with any chutney or sauce

My Tip:

Don't overcook the veggies
