Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 big bowl Curd
  2. 2 tbsp Besan
  3. salt accd to taste
  4. red chilli powder accd to taste
  5. 1/4 chopped garlic
  6. 1 cup sliced onions
  7. 1 chutki hing
  8. 2 cups water
  9. 1 tsp rai
  10. 1 tsp jeera
  11. 1 tsp sukha dhania
  12. 2 tsp kachori methi
  13. 1 cup coriander chopped
  14. For Pakodas:-
  15. 1 cup Besan
  16. 1 finely chopped onions
  17. salt accd to taste
  18. red chilli powder accd to taste
  19. coriander leaves
  20. For Rice:-
  21. 1 glass Rice
  22. 2 cups water
  23. salt accd to taste
  24. red chilli powder accd to taste
  25. 1 tsp jeera


  1. First make a Kadai Take a bowl add curd ,besan.salt.red chilli powder mix it well add 1 cup of water if the consistency is thick than add 1 more water
  2. Now take a pan add 1 tsp ghee add jeera.rai.ajwain.hing.kasoori methi when it spultter add onions saute it till it changes the colour Add curd mixture in to it whisk it well when the boil comes slow the flame till it thickens at least 30 mins take
  3. For Pakodas:- In a bowl add finely chopped onions,coriander leaves, besan, water mix it well add all the spices according to your taste fry till golden colour
  4. Fir rice :- First wash the rice properly than take a pan add some oil,add jeera when it sprinkles add washed rice in it add salt and red chilli powder add water Cook the rice till it is done
