Rose Apple Pie

Ingredients to make Rose Apple Pie

  • flour 1 cup
  • butter 1 tbsp
  • sugar 1/2 cup
  • apple 5 to 6
  • 1/4 cup condensed milk
  • 1/4 cup apple syrup

How to make Rose Apple Pie

  1. Make a dough of the flour by mixing it with butter and cold water. Bake a tart of this in a pie pan and keep it aside to cool.
  2. In the meanwhile, make a filling by cooking the grated apple and condensed milk together. Cook till it thickens and spread this filling in the tart.
  3. Slice some apples and caramel it with sugar. Arrange the apples like rose on top of the tart and bake it again for 5 mins.
  4. Cool it and spread a little apple syrup and serve it.
