Ingredients to make Hari Dahi Chutney

  • curd 250 gms
  • Green coriander 2 bunches
  • green chillies 2
  • dessicated coconut 1 tsp
  • salt to taste

How to make Hari Dahi Chutney

  1. Grind the coriander and green chillies together to form a fine paste.
  2. Add the dessicated coconut to it and grind it further.
  3. Take the curd in a bowl and whisk till it's creamy. Add coriander paste to the curd and mix it well.
  4. Add salt as desired and garnish it with coriander sprig.
  5. Serve it with any snack.
