Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 3 cups murmura or puffed rice
  2. Mustard seeds 1 tbsp
  3. Oil 2 tbsp
  4. Potato 1, boiled
  5. Green chili 2, finely chopped
  6. Peas 100 gm, cooked
  7. Green chutney 2 tsp
  8. Peanuts 4 tbsp
  9. Red chili powder 1 tbsp
  10. Onion 1, chopped (optional)
  11. Sev 7 tbsp
  12. Salt to taste
  13. Chat masala 1 tbsp
  14. Lemon Juice 1 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan. Splutter mustard seeds. Add peanuts and roast well
  2. Add green chilies, peas and mashed potatoes and mix well
  3. Add Murmura, spices , green chutney, onion and mix well. Switch off
  4. Sprinkle Sev and lemon juice. Serve immediately
