Hari bhari idli

Ingredients to make Hari bhari idli

  • 1 cup Suji
  • 1/2 cup curd
  • salt according to taste
  • Black pepper according to taste
  • 1 capsicum finely chopped
  • 1 onion finely chopped
  • 1 small bowl palak finely chopped
  • 1 small bowl methi finely chopped
  • 10-15 karri patta finely chopped
  • water according to requirement
  • 1 packet Eno
  • Idli stand
  • Musturd seeds
  • 1 small katori fresh paalak
  • tomato sauce according to requirement
  • Dhaniya pudina chatni according to requirement
  • 1 tsn sugur

How to make Hari bhari idli

  1. Take a suji Nd curd in a bowl
  2. In a big bowl put suji ,curd, salt , black pepper, onion, capsicum, methi, palak, karri patta 5-6, sugur,oil and mix them properly. Add water to make a bit running batter.
  3. Give rest to the batter upto 15 minuts
  4. Apply oil on your idli mould.
  5. Put 1 full glass water in the idli stand. Nd put it on the high flame.
  6. Add eno into the batter
  7. After adding eno without wasting time fill idli mould vd idli batter and put it in the idli stand.
  8. Cover it vd the lid
  9. Idli will be ready in 15 minuts. Check it with the help of knife. Put knife in the idli if it comes back clean. Then your idli is ready.
  10. Demould idli from moulds
  11. Let's give quick tarka to idli. Take a tava put some oil add musturd seeds Nd let them crackle. Dn add chopped karri leafs Nd mix them
  12. Place idlies on it
  13. Change the side if idli
  14. Let them crispy from both sides.
  15. Your hari bharti idli is ready to serve. Serve it vd tomato sauce Nd dhaniya Pudina chatni.. and enjoyy
