Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Moti hari mirch 250 gm
  2. Mustard oil 1/2 cup
  3. Haldi powder 1 tbsp
  4. Salt 1 tbsp
  5. Coriander powder 1tbsp
  6. Saunf powder 2 tbsp
  7. Hing 1/4 tbsp
  8. Mustard seeds powder 2 tbsp
  9. Amchur powder 1 tbsp
  10. Ajwain 1/2 tbsp


  1. Wash green chilies thoroughly and pat them dry. Slit green chilies. Heat 2 tsp oil in a pan and stir fry green chilies for 1 minute
  2. In a bowl, add dhania powder, ajwain ,mustard seeds, haldi powder, saunf powder, Hing ,amchur powder , salt and mix well
  3. Add mustard oil to spice powders and mix well
  4. Now fill the mixture in the chilies
  5. Serve achari pickle
