Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. White peas 500 gm
  2. Mutton 200 gm
  3. Ginger-Garlic paste 1 tbsp
  4. Onion paste 3 tbsp
  5. Garam masala powder 1/2 tsp
  6. Cumin powder 1/2 tsp
  7. Red chilli powder 1 tbsp
  8. Turmeric 1 tsp
  9. Salt as per taste
  10. Oil as required
  11. Green chillies- 2
  12. Curd 1 small bowl

Instructions

  1. Soak the white peas in water for atleast 8 hours. Also marinate the mutton with onion paste, ginger-garlic paste, curd, salt, turmeric, red chilli powder, garam masala and cumin powder for 10 mins.
  2. Take a cooker, heat in oil, add the green chilli and the marinated mutton. Mix it properly and stir.
  3. Once the oil separates itself, add 1 glass of water and close the cooker lid. Cook it till 1 whistle blows.
  4. Let the pressure release and open the cooker lid, add the soaked white peas, salt and once again close the cooker lid and cook till 2 whistles blow.
  5. Serve it warm.
