Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Spring onion whites - 1/2 cup
  2. Spring onion greens - 1/2 cup
  3. Badam - 7
  4. Green chilli - 1/2
  5. Garlic cloves - 2
  6. Butter - 1/2 tsp
  7. Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
  8. Salt as per taste
  9. Water - 1 glass (adjust)


  1. Soak badam overnight in water. Chopped spring onion greens and white, grate carrot, chop garlic into small pieces and keep everything ready.
  2. Heat butter in a pan add garlic pieces, fry it well then add spring onion whites and greens fry it well by adding a pinch of salt.
  3. Then add grated carrot to the above and fry well. Let the above cook well and switch off the flames and let it cool at room temperature.
  4. Grind the above to mixer grinder and soaked badam, mix it to smooth paste.
  5. Add remaining butter to the pan then add above paste add water according to your and cook it on low flames. Atlast add pepper powder mix everything well.
  6. That's it spring onion carrot badam soup is ready to serve, serve hot and enjoy with your family:heart_eyes:
