Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Spring onion - 8 bunch, with large onion part
  2. Potato - 1 small, cubed
  3. Nigella seeds - 1/2 tsp
  4. Green chili - 1, chopped
  5. Turmeric 1/2 tsp
  6. Salt to taste
  7. Sugar - 1/4 tsp

Instructions

  1. Chop spring onions and keep it aside
  2. Heat oil, add nigella seeds, chili and saute for few seconds
  3. Add potato, Stir fry for 2 min
  4. Add spring onion, salt and mix well
  5. Cook until tender and water has evaporated
  6. Add turmeric, sugar and cook for 3-4 min
  7. Serve hot with plain rice
