Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1.Spring onion a bunch
  2. 2.Gramflour or besan 1 cup
  3. 3Spices-turmeric powder 1 tsp
  4. 4.coriander powder 2 tsp
  5. 5 red chilli powder 1 tsp
  6. 6 salt as per taste

Instructions

  1. 1 After washing the spring onion well chop it finely .
  2. 2.in a kadai add oil ten cumin seeds
  3. 3.add chopped spring onion and all t spices along with t salt.
  4. 4.cook it for 10 minutes and wen it is half cooked add gramflour and cook again for 10 min.till t gramflour get roasted and nice aroma spreads.
