Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. paneer 200 gms
  2. Chopped onion 3
  3. Whole red chilly 4 _ 6
  4. Whole black pepper 4 _ 5
  5. Crushed ginger 1 tsp
  6. Salt to taste
  7. Oil 2 tbsp
  8. Chopped coriander leaves 1 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan
  2. Add whole red chilly and whole black pepper to crackle
  3. Add chopped onion and crushed ginger and cover it and cook in a low flame,stir occasionally
  4. When change the color of the onion and onion become soft
  5. Cut the paneer into pieces and add in the pan and mix well and cook for five mins
  6. Add salt and mix well
  7. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve with chapatis
