Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Hard boiled eggs 3
  2. Chopped onion 2
  3. Chopped tomato 1
  4. Green chilly 2
  5. Greengarlic leaves 1/2 tsp
  6. Crushed ginger 1/2 tsp
  7. Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  8. Red chilly powder 1 tsp
  9. Coriander powder 1 tsp
  10. Salt to taste
  11. Cumin seeds 1/4 tsp
  12. Oil 2 tbsp
  13. Chopped coriander leaves 1 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Boil and peel the eggs and make long slit along each eggs
  2. Heat oil in a pan add cumin seeds to crackle
  3. Add onion and ginger garlic and saute on low medium heat for 4 to 5 mins until transparent
  4. Add all spices and one tbsp water and mix well
  5. Add green chillies and tomatoes and saute till soft
  6. Add half cup of water and bring the mixture to boil
  7. Add boiled eggs and cover the pan and cook for ten to fifteen mins in low flame
  8. Turn off the flame
  9. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve
