Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Egg 3 (Boiled)
  2. Gingelly oil 2 tsp
  3. Salt
  4. Onion 2
  5. Tomato 1
  6. Cinnamon and cloves : 1
  7. Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  8. Garam masala : ½ tsp
  9. Chilli powder  1 tsp
  10. Coriander, Curry leaves
  11. Turmeric powder ½ tsp

Instructions

  1. Boil the egg and keep aside. Heat oil in a pan, saute onion for 2 mins.
  2. Add cinnamon, cloves and keep saute for 1 min.
  3. Add garam masala, chilli powder, turmeric powder, Ginger garlic paste, salt and saute for 3 mins.
  4. Add tomato and saute for 2 mins.
  5. Add water cook covered for 5 - 10 mins.
  6. Add egg and cook for 5 mins.
  7. Add curry leaves, coriander and cook for 1 min.
