Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Oats -3/4tbsp
  2. Chopped onion 1 tsp
  3. Chopped red bell pepper 1 tsp
  4. Chopped yellow bell pepper 1 tsp
  5. Chopped carrots 1 tsp
  6. Eggs -2nos
  7. Salt to taste
  8. Pepper to taste
  9. Coriander leaves a handful
  10. Green chillies 1 tsp
  11. Mixed herbs - 1/4 tsp


  1. 1-Finely chop all the vegetables.
  2. 2- Mix oats in the vegetables (you can make a powder of the oast too by grinding It).
  3. 3- Whisk the eggs. Stir in the vegetables,oats ,salt (as per taste), pepper,green chillies and mixed herbs
  4. 4. now heat a nonstick pan. Pour the mixture on pan.
  5. 5. Cook on one side and sprinkle coriander leaves and herbs and flip/ And cook for another two minutes
