Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Besan 1 katori
  2. Red chilli 1 tbsp
  3. Paneer 100 gm
  4. Onion 1 chopped
  5. Capsicum 1 chopped
  6. Salt to taste
  7. Ajwayan 1 tbsp
  8. Green chilli 2 chopped
  9. Ghee 4 to 6 tbsp

Instructions

  1. In a bowl add besan, onion, capsicum, all spices and mix.
  2. Add water slowly slowly and make a semi thin paste.
  3. Hot tawa on medium flame. Spread 1 tbsp of ghee and then pour 1 big spachula of besan mixture in the middle of tawa and then spread it.
  4. After 1 minute when it cooked from one side then flip it.
  5. When it cooked on both side then put it in plate.
  6. In another pan add 1 tbsp oil, then add salt and then paneer. Mix it for 2 minutes and then remove it in katori.
  7. Take 1 tbsp of paneer mixture on besan chilla and served it with Ketchup.
