Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 small sized cauliflower, stem removed
  2. Oil 2 tbsp
  3. Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  4. Ginger-garlic paste 1 tbsp
  5. Onion paste 2 tbsp
  6. Besan/Chickpea flour 2 tbsp
  7. Yogurt 2 tbsp
  8. Green chilli chopped 2
  9. Degi mirch 1/2 tsp
  10. Turmeric powder 1 tsp
  11. Garam masala 1/2 tsp
  12. Meat masala 1 tsp
  13. Dried methi leaves 1 tsp
  14. Sugar 1/2 tsp (optional)
  15. Peas 2 tbsp
  16. Coriander leaves 1 tbsp
  17. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in pressure cooker, add in the cumin seeds, besan and saute for 2 minutes, then add green chilli, degi mirch, turmeric, ginger-garlic paste, onion paste and saute until the oil separates.
  2. Next, add salt, yogurt, peas, cauliflower, 2-3 tbsp water, methi leaves, garam masala, meat masala, sugar. Cover and cook for 5-7 minutes or until 3 whistles blow.
  3. Add coriander leaves and serve.
