Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 cup soaked moong dal
  2. 1/2cup soaked chana dal
  3. salt to taste
  4. oil for frying
  5. Grated radish 2cup
  6. Chat masala 1tsp
  7. For green chutney
  8. coriander leaves 1cup
  9. mango pow 2tsp
  10. ginger 1"
  11. 4green chilli
  12. imli sauce


  1. Coarsely grind both dal add salt and beat till light and fluffy. Make small lemon size balls and fry.
  2. Fry on low flame until golden.
  3. For chutney take 1/2 cup of water in a cooker,add coriander leaves,mango powder, green chilli, ginger, salt to taste and cook till 1 whistle. Grind and make a thin paste.chutney ready.
  4. To assemble Take 44-5ladoo in a paper plate. Add radish grated ,green chutney, imli sauce,and sprinkle little hat masala over it. Serve hot
