Ingredients to make Ram ladoo chaat

  • 1 cup moong dal
  • 1/2 cup channa dal
  • 1/2 cup grated radish
  • 2 green chilli's
  • 1/2 inch ginger piece
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
  • salt as per taste
  • Green chutney
  • 100 grams green coriander
  • Some mint leaves
  • 2 to 3 green chilli's
  • 1 inch ginger
  • 1/2 tea spoon chaat masala
  • 1/2 tea spoon jeera powder
  • 1/2 tea spoon black salt
  • 1 lemon juice
  • salt as per taste

How to make Ram ladoo chaat

  1. Firstly soaked both the dal in separate bowls for 5 to 6 hours
  2. Grind both the dal along with green chilli's, cumin seeds, ginger without water and make a paste
  3. Transfer the paste in bowl add salt according to your taste and some green coriander, whisk the daal for 10 minutes with the help of spoon till it became fluffy
  4. Fried all the ladoos in hot oil at medium flame
  5. For green chutney all the ingredients into a mixer jar with help of water make a paste out of it
  6. For serving the ladoos
  7. Place 4 to 5 ladoos on a plate then put some chutney then some reddish and then some more chutney
  8. Serve hot

My Tip:

Whisk the dal very nicely to make the ladoos very soft
