Easy to make pumpkin layer cake with chocolate glazing eggless,and has a layer mux of turmeric ,and spices,taste delicious

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. For wet ingredients
  2. 1 1/4 cup pure pumpkin puree.
  3. 1/4 cup honey syrup.
  4. 1 tsp lemon juice
  5. 1/2 cup non diary milk.
  6. 1/2 cup granulated sugar,or daily use sugar
  7. For dry ingredients.
  8. 2 cup all purpose flour.
  9. 1/2cup whole wheat flour.
  10. 2.5 tsp of baking powder.
  11. 1/3baking soda.
  12. 1/2tsp of salt.
  13. 2 to 3 tsp spices use in pumpkin pie.
  14. 1/2tsp of cinnamon powder.
  15. 1/2tsp ginger paste.
  16. Dashed 4 ground clove.
  17. 1/2 tap nutmeg powser.
  18. For pumkin turmerix layer.
  19. 1tsp turmeric powder.
  20. 2tsp warm water.
  21. 1/2 tsp vannila essence.
  22. For chocolate layer.
  23. 3 tsp of cocoa powder.
  24. 2tap warm water
  25. 1/2 tsp vannila essence.

Instructions

  1. In a bowl,combine all the ingredients,given and mix untill the augar is well combined
  2. In another bowl,mix all the dry ingredients,add to the wet,and mix untill well combined.the batter should be thick and consistent..add more flour if its thin.
  3. Divide the batter into equal parts.in two bowls.
  4. To one bowl add tuemeric,mixed with 1tsp of water,and mix in.you can add chopped pea nuts,and pistachious,
  5. To another bowl,add the cocoa powder,vannila and water and mix in.
  6. Layera the batter in a baking pan,and even out with a spatula,first pour the chocolate batter in first layer,and next Pour the pumkin batter in second layer.
  7. Sprinkle chopped pistachious,and peanut badam over the top of the batter.
  8. Bake at 365 degre F to 180 dgre c foe 65 min till it well baked and a tooth pick comes iut clean.cool completely before slicing.your chocolate pumkin cake is ready to servr
