ABOUT Veg Sandwich in two ways RECIPE

Vegetable sandwich is vegetarian sandwich consisting of various vegetables which may include mushrooms and cheese. It consists of vegetable filling between bread.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 4 to 6 bread( white/brown/multigrain)
  2. Butter acc to taste
  3. 2 pieces cheese sheet
  4. 2 tbsp tomato sauce
  5. 1 tbsp schezwan chutney
  6. 1 tsp cumin powder
  7. 1 tsp blackpaper powder
  8. Black salt & normal salt acc to taste
  9. 2 to 4 tbsp original mayonnaise
  10. 1 onion ring
  11. 1 grated cucumber
  12. 1 grated carrot
  13. 1 bowl mixed veggies with spices,salt & mayonnaise

Instructions

  1. Cut the corner of bread. Now spread butter,both chutneys,veggies in to bread slices.

  4. Finally sprinkle of powder,salt,mayonnaise & cover the another bread.

  7. Plain veg sandwich is ready now. 2nd way of sandwitch with same ingredients is like that. mix all veggies,mayonnaise,salt and spices in a bowl.

  10. And spread in to the bread,cover with cheese slices and another bread. Now baked in pan or toster.
