Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Cauliflower 1
  2. Chilly powder 2tsp
  3. Turmeric powder 1tsp
  4. Coriander powder 1/2tsp
  5. Corn flour 1 cup
  6. Chick peas powder 1 cup
  7. Salt
  8. Ginger and garlic paste 1 tsp
  9. Oil 3 cup
  10. Salt

Instructions

  1. Cut the cauliflower into pieces
  2. Immersed into to water add little turmeric powder and salt
  3. Keep it in a stove for 10 min
  4. Drained the water
  5. Take bowl add the ingredient
  6. Corn flour,Chick peas,Turmeric powder,Chilly powder,Ginger and garlic paste,salt .
  7. Add 1 cup of water and make it paste
  8. Take a frying pan add oil
  9. Dip a piece of cauliflower into mixture fry it for 5 min
