  1. Brown bread
  2. Boiled potatoes
  3. Boiled green peas
  4. Cheese
  5. Lettuce
  6. Onion
  7. Tomatoes
  8. Cucumber
  9. Mayoneese
  10. Ketchup
  11. Green chutney
  12. Chat masala

Instructions

  1. First mashed boiled potatoes and boiled peas.Add chat masala, red chilli,salt acc. To your taste.
  2. Now make a round ball in tikki shape.
  3. Now take a pan and fry the tikkis
  4. Same time cut onion, tomatoes and cucumber for salad
  5. Take 2 slices of bread apply ghee on them and toast on tawa
  6. Now time to make burger apply green chutney on one slice put tikki on it add some paneer slice sprinkle chat masala put some salad (onion, tomatoes, lettuce)
  7. Add some ketchup in one tps mayo now apply this on other slice
  8. Put the second slice of bread on the top.
  9. Healthy burger is ready to eat
