  1. Cucumber 1
  2. Carrot big 1
  3. Tomato 1
  4. Onion 1
  5. Chana 1/2 cup soaked and cooked
  6. Pink salt 1 tsp
  7. Pepper powder 1/2 tsp
  8. Lemon juice 1tbsp
  9. Green chilly 1 if needed

Instructions

  1. Chop all vegetables
  2. Cook chana soft
  3. In a bowl add chana add pink salt pepper powder and lemon juice and mix well and keep aside for 10 minutes
  4. Add all the ingredients to the chana
  5. Serve
