Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. For dressing
  2. Olive oil - 1tsp
  3. Red chillie powder -1/2 tsp
  4. Garlic paste - 1/2 tsp
  5. Lemon juice - 1 tsp
  6. Sugar -1/2 tsp
  7. Chopped green chillies - 2
  8. Salt - to taste
  9. For salad
  10. Chickpeas - 1 cup boiled and chilled
  11. Tomato - 1/2 cup
  12. Spring onion - 1/2 cup
  13. Paneer - 1/2 cup
  14. Chopped green chillie - 1
  15. Chopped coriander leaves - 2 tbsp
  16. Sugar - tsp
  17. Salt - to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large vessel add chickpeas, tomatoes, spring onion, paneer, green chillies, sugar, salt and coriander leaves and mix well
  2. . Now add the dressing and again mix well.
  3. Garnish with green coriander leaves and serve.
