Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 12- 15 ladyfingers
  2. 6 tbsp all purpose flour
  3. 1/2 tbsp Red Chili Powder
  4. 1/4 tbsp Turmeric powder
  5. 1 tbsp Cumin Powder
  6. 1 tbsp Coriander Powder
  7. Salt to taste
  8. 1/2cup Breadcrumbs
  9. Water as required
  10. Oil for deep frying
  11. Toothpicks

Instructions

  1. cut all the ladyfinger lengthwise in two pieces.
  2. steam for 3_4 minutes in steamer, once done let it cool.
  3. In a mixing bowl add all purpose flour, turmeric powder, red Chili powder, cumin powder, coriander powder and salt.then water, mix it to form a medium thick slurry, ensure there are no lumps
  4. .wipe the moisture of lady fingers..make a round with ladyfinger and stick them with toothpick.make all rings like this.
  5. dip them in the slurry.
  6. And than coat it in breadcrumbs.
  7. In pan heat oil on medium flame drop the rings
  8. and once it turns golden brown take it out on kitchen towel. Serve hot with chutney or tomato sauce.
