Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1/ kg lady finger washed dried and finely chopped
  2. 1 big boiled potato grated
  3. 3 tbsp Rice flour
  4. 3tbsp gram flour
  5. Salt and pepper to taste
  6. 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
  7. 4 green chillies finely chopped
  8. 2 tsp. Amchoor powder
  9. 1 tsp ajwain
  10. 1 tsp faram masala powder
  11. Oil to shallow fry


  1. First wash lady finger and finely chop into roundels
  2. Mix all the ingredients except oil and leave it for 15 mins
  3. Now heat a pan .To this add oil ..
  4. Grease hand with bit of oil and flatten lady finger mixture between two palms.
  5. Shallow fry in hot oil till crisp on slow flame ..
  6. Serve with hummus green chutney or tomato sauce with some lettuce leaves
