Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Lady finger 1 cup
  2. Tomato 2 large
  3. Onion 1 large
  4. Green chillies 4-5
  5. Magaj beeja 3 tsp
  6. Ceshew 6-7
  7. Cloves 3-4
  8. Full fat milk cream 1/2 cup
  9. Salt according to taste
  10. Sugar 1/2 tsp
  11. Haldi 1/2tsp
  12. Coriander powder 2 tsp
  13. Kashmiri red mirch powder 2 tsp
  14. Oil

Instructions

  1. Take a thick pan add oil deep fry lady finger keep them aside.
  2. Take a grinder grind tomatos keep the puree in a bowl.
  3. Again take grinder add cashew, cloves, onion, green chillies, magaj bija.
  4. Now on the left oil in the kadhai add the above onion paste saute it for 5 minutes then add tomato puree and salt saute it until it start oozing oil.
  5. Add kashmiri lal mirch powder, coriander powder, haldi, sugar mix and saute for 2-3 minutes.
  6. Now add deep fried lady finger and cream and mix it well.
  7. Ready to serve.
