Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 250gm arvi
  2. 2 tea spoon red chili powder
  3. 2 tea spoon dhaniya powder
  4. 1.5 tea spoon turmeric powder
  5. 1 tea spoon cornflour
  6. Salt to taste
  7. Lemon juice
  8. Green coriander leaves
  9. Oil for frying
  10. 2 table spoon hung curd


  1. Boil arvi, peel it cut vertically
  2. Add all spices mix well add curd and corn flour and mix well keep it for 10-15 minutes
  3. Fry it and squeeze lemon juice garnish with coriander leaves
