Mirch Masala

Ingredients to make Mirch Masala

  • Long green chillies (as shown in the picture)- 10
  • garlic roughly chopped - 4 cloves
  • Medium sized onion, chopped - 5
  • salt as per taste
  • turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  • oil as required

How to make Mirch Masala

  1. Heat oil in a pan.
  2. Add garlic and fry till it turns golden, then add the onions. Once the onions turn translucent, add the chopped green chillies. Mix well and keep stirring.
  3. Then add salt and turmeric powder, mix it well.
  4. Once the onions turn brown and the chillies develop a fragrance, then remove it from the flame.
  5. Serve it with chapati.
