Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Boiled potatoes 2
  2. Chopped onion 1
  3. Chopped capsicum half
  4. Chopped green chillies
  5. Finely chopped ginger and garlic
  6. Soy sauce 1 tbsp
  7. White pepper 2 tsp
  8. Salt to taste
  9. Bread slices round shaped
  10. Corn flour slurry 4 tbsp
  11. Sesame seeds 2 tbsp
  12. Chopped kiwi 1
  13. Chopped papaya some
  14. Chopped pear half
  15. Mango juice 4 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Take a bowl add potatoes , capsicum , onion , chiilies , onion and garlic mash well
  2. Then add salt , pepper , soy sauce and mix well
  3. Then take a bread sluce and cover it with the spreading then brush over the cornflour slurry and sprinkle sesame seeds over it .
  4. Then shallow fry the breads
  5. For fruit salsa :
  6. Take a bowl add all the chopped fuits , mango juice and sea salt mix well .its ready to serve
  7. Organise everything and serve hot
