Ingredients to make Nacho Chips with Salsa.

  • maize flour 100g or take fresh corn & make a paste.
  • wheat flour or maida 50g
  • ginger garlic paste 1/2 tsp
  • chilli powder 1/4 tsp
  • turmeric Powder
  • oil 2 tbsp
  • salt
  • For salsa -
  • tomato 2
  • onion 2
  • chilli flakes 1/4 tsp
  • salt
  • lemon juice
  • Green chillies 2
  • coriander leaves

How to make Nacho Chips with Salsa.

  1. Make a smooth dough with maize, wheat flour, salt , oil & enough water.
  2. Take lemon sized balls, roll like chappathis. Cut into diamond shapes. prick with a fork all over. Deep fry in oil.
  3. For salsa -mix all the ingredients together. While serving add 2 tsp of salsa on top of each chip . Serve immediately .

My Tip:

Roll dough into big chappathis, cut in diamond shapes, You will get 8 or 12 pieces from one chappathi. Keep the size bigger as it will be convenient to put toppings on each one. I made it smaller. We can make chips & keep in an airtight container. Make topping just before serving. You can make non-veg toppings also.
