Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Aliv seeds 1 cup
  2. Freshly grated coconut 6 cups
  3. Jaggery 250 gm
  4. Ghee 2 Tbsp


  1. Mix coconut, jaggery and aliv seeds together in a pan. Keep aside for 2 hrs.
  2. After 2 hrs start cooking on low heat.
  3. Keep doing until mixture comes together
  4. Towards the end add ghee. Then turn off heat after 2 min.
  5. Make laddoos when mixture is warm. Healthy aliv laddoos are ready.
  6. Makes upto 35-40 laddoos.
