These ladoos are very rich in iron so, is a great healthy option for people having a sweet tooth but wuold like to have a gulit free dessert. Follow this easy recipe to make these and delight your guests at home.

Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. 50 gms aliv seeds
  2. 1+1/2 cup coconut [grated]
  3. 1 Cup Jaggery
  4. 1/2cup Water
  5. 1 tsp nutmeg pow
  6. Almonds & raisins as per choice


  1. Clean & soak the aliv seeds in 1/2 cup water & 1 + 1/2 cup coconut [grated] for 2 hrs.
  2. Next take a pan & put 1 cup jaggery in it with 1 + 1/2 cup water. Let the jaggery dissolve fully .
  3. Add dry fruits - almonds , raisins & the coconut aliv seeds mixture.
  4. Let the mixture become dry.
  5. Add nutmeg pow & let the mixture be cold enough to make laddoos from it.
  6. Healthy laddoos are done to be served.
