-Boil milk
-Prepare Chennai using enough lemon juice
-Strain channa
-Wash chenna in cold water to remove the taste of lemon
-squeeze excess water from chenna
-In a mixer add chenna,milk and sugar to form a smooth paste
-Add cardamom powder
-Grease a tin with ghee
-Pour the mixture into the tin
Decorate with the saffron strands
-Steam for 20-25min
-Cool in the freeze
-cut in squares and serve
