Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Paneer 250 grams
  2. Milk powder 1/2 cup
  3. Sugar 1/2 cup
  4. Food colour yellow or orange a pinch or can use kesar 3 to 4 kesar strands
  5. Rose or kevra essence 1 tea spoon
  6. Cardmom seeds crushed 1 tea spoon
  7. Slivered almonds and Pistachios 1 table spoon


  1. Squeeze home made paneer and if using readymade grate it
  2. now mash it
  3. Heat a non stick pan add paneer cook till thicken
  4. Add sugar milk pwdr food colour with elaichi seeds
  5. Let it cook till mix all the ingredients and mixture leaves the sides of a pan while cooking keep stirring on low heat it will take hardly 5 to 8 minutes off the flame add essence too
  6. Let the mixture cool completely
  7. It will be crumbled and you feel granules in it again mash it to make a soft dough just for few minutes
  8. Grease your palm with ghee or oil to make small balls with pressing in the middle with your thumb Garnish vd nuts ready to serve .
