About Keshar Sandesh/Keshar Sondesh Recipe

Sandesh or Sondesh is very is one of the most popular and traditional sweet recipe of Bengal cusine that us very easy to make!.Sandesh are tradtionally from cottage chesse.We are using paneer and simplifying the process by using foid processor!.

Keshar Sandesh/Keshar Sondesh

Ingredients to make Keshar Sandesh/Keshar Sondesh

  • 500gm paneer cubes
  • 1 cup condensed milk
  • 10gm all purpose flour
  • 30gm Milk powder
  • 20 gm sugar powder
  • 1 green cardamom
  • Few drops of rose essence (3to 4)
  • 1 large pinch of saffron
  • 4 tbsp water
  • 4tbsp condensed milk

How to make Keshar Sandesh/Keshar Sondesh

  1. Chop Paneer in cubes
  2. Add planner chunks and all other ingridents to food processor/mixie jar and blend into smooth,fine paste/batter
  3. Now heat a pan and add the mixture to fry pan and cook ,till it's became thick. Please stir contiously to avoid lumps in it.
  4. Transfer the mixture in the tin mould and level it evenly
  5. Now heat water in pan,add saffron to it. Once the saffron bright colors start comes out,add condensed milk to it.
  6. Stir contiously till the mixture is thick.
  7. Set this mixture as topping on the set sandesh and spread evenly.
  8. Refirgerate it for the sandesh for 20mins to set,cut in desired shape and enjoy mouth melting sandesh!!
