Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Maida- 150- gm
  2. Ghee- 2- spoon
  3. Water- 1- cup
  4. Edible colour green- 1- tsp
  5. Edible colour orange- 1- tsp
  6. Mava- 100- gm
  7. Powder sugar- 4- tsp
  8. Mix dry fruits- 2- tsp
  9. Elaichi powder- 1- tsp


  1. Dough... 1. Mix Maida and ghee with fingers till it becomes crumble like. 2. Make hard dough with water and rest for 10 minutes.
  2. Filling 1. Take a kadhai. Add mava and cook for 2 to 3 minutes. 2. Let it cool down. 3. Now add sugar powder, elaichi powder and dry fruits.
  3. 1. Make a roll of the dough . Cut it into 3 pieces. 2. Mix orange colour in one part and green colour in second part. Third should be white. 3. Make a mix by adding 2 tsp ghee and 1 tsp Maida. 4. Roll all three parts into thin 3 thin rotis. 5. Take orange Roti. Spread ghee mixture on it . Put white Roti on it. Again spread mixture on it. Now put green Roti on it. . Now roll all together in cylindrical shape tightly. 5. Now cut 1 inch pieces. Roll each pieces into small Roti like. 6. Put 1 tsp filling in middle. Give the shape of gujiya. 7. Bake in microwave for 40 minutes on 200 degree. 8 Serve.
