ABOUT Spinach Namakpare RECIPE

Very delicious snack with the goodness ofspinach.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Maida- 200- gm
  2. Ghee- 3- tsp
  3. Spinach puree- 1- cup
  4. Salt- 1- tsp
  5. Oil- 250- ml
  6. Red chilli powder - 1- tsp
  7. null- 0- null

Instructions

  1. 1. Blanch the spinach for 3 to 4 minutes.
  2. 2. Puree it in a mixture grinder .
  3. 3. Take Maida and add ghee. Mix for 3 to 4 minutes. Now add spinach puree, salt and red chilli powder . Mix. Add only so much water required to make a semi soft dough.
  4. 4.. Rest for 10 minutes.
  5. 5. Make balls and roll into thin Roti shape. Cut it into long strips.
  6. 6. Take kadhai. Put oil and heat it. Oil should be medium hot.
  7. 7. Place strips in the oil and fry till cooked.
  8. 8. Place on paper napkin to drain excess oil.
  9. 9.. Healthy namakpare is ready.
