Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Left over rotis- 4- nos
  2. potatoes boiled and grated- 2- nos
  3. Maize flour or chana atta- 4- tbsp
  4. rice flour- 2- tbsp
  5. coriander leaves- 1- cup
  6. Red chilli powder- 2- tsp
  7. Tumeric powder- 2- tsp
  8. Salt- 1- tsp
  9. onions chopped- 1- nos


  1. lets make the batter ready take maize flour and rice flour mix in it red chilli powder tumeric and coriander powder 1tsp each add water to make a paste add salt to taste
  2. prepare potatoes. take a tsp of oil add to it mustard seeds and whole cumin now add onions sauté till transparent and then add chilli powder tumeric and coriander powder (1tsp each) and salt to taste.
  3. place one roti in a plate and spread 1 spoon of potatoes mixture on the roti. check it in the pic. cut into 8 peices.
  4. heat oil for frying in a pan. dip one peice at time in batter and fry in oil till golden brown. serve with ketchup or chutney
