Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Peanuts- 200- grams
  2. Almond- 50- grams
  3. Walnut- 50- grams
  4. Dates (seedless)- 200- grams
  5. Raisins- 25- grams
  6. Elaichi powder- 2- grams

Instructions

  1. Dry roast the peanuts.
  2. Powder the Elaichi
  3. Cut Amonds , Walnuts into pieces
  4. Grind togeather Peanuts , Almonds , Walnut , Dates in a mixie jar. Make a coarse powder .Then pulse it for another 2 times.
  5. Change the grinded powder to a bowl. Add Elaichi powder , Raisins and mix well.
  6. Oil in peanuts act as a binding agent to make balls.No need to add ghee or milk.
  7. Make medium sized balls & keep it in closed box
