Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Bread Slice- 8- pcs
  2. Capsicum- 1- pc
  3. Tomato- 1- half
  4. Green chillies- 2- pcs
  5. Chopped ginger- 1- tsp
  6. Chopped garlic- 1- tap
  7. Vineger- 1- tsp
  8. Soya sauce- 1- tsp
  9. Tomato ketchup- 2- tsp
  10. Cornflour- 4- Tbsp
  11. Maida- 1- Tbsp
  12. Salt- 1- tsp
  13. Black pepper- 1- tsp
  14. Onion- 2- pcs

Instructions

  1. cut the bread slices in small cubes, then make a batter with cornflour, maida and salt.
  2. Pour the bread slices into the batter and fry them till golden brown.
  3. Then add oil in the frying pan, add chopped giner, garlic and green chillies.
  4. Add Onion, Capsicum, Tomatoes and saute for two minutes.
  5. Add salt, vinegar, soya sauce, tomato ketchup and black pepper powder.
  6. Add the fried bread and saute. Add two Tbsp cornflour mixed with only water. Then saute for a minute and switch off the flame.
  7. Bread chilly is ready to be served as evening snacks or breakfast or for school tiffin.
