A easy evening snack for everyone in home. And specially for a mother to empty the leftover chapati 😝

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Potato(peeled and chopped in cubes)- 4- large
  2. Chorizo (goan sausage)- 20- piece
  3. Leftover chapati- 4- number
  4. Water- 30- ml
  5. Butter- 1- tbsp
  6. Eggs- 3- of it
  7. Salt- 1- for taste
  8. Any grated cheese- 5- tbsp
  9. Black pepper powder- 1- for taste

Instructions

  1. First get all the ingredients ready.
  2. In a pan add Chorizo and saute it for 5 minutes. Take it out from pan and now add washed potatoes to the same pan, mix it so that the oil of Chorizo get coated to potatoes. Close the lid and cook it for 2 -3 minutes. Now add 30 ml of water mix it , close lid and cook again till potatoes turn soft / cooked.
  3. Once the potatoes are cooked remove it and keep aside. In same pan add butter once melted add 3 eggs, pinch of salt, pinch of pepper powder and scramble it.
  4. To the scrambled egg mixture add Chorizo, potatoes and mix it well. Add grated cheese (of your like or that available in home) and cook it for 2 more minutes or till cheese melts.
  5. Now in a leftover chapati add/place the Chorizo mixture, top of it add mayonnaise (your favourite any sauce), wrap it and serve.
