Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Wheat flour- 2- cups
  2. Fanugreek leaves- 2- tbsp
  3. Oil- 1- tbsp
  4. Chilli powder- 2- tsp
  5. Termeoilric powder- 1- tsp
  6. Saltwater- 1- tsp
  7. Water- 1- cup
  8. Oil- 4- cups

Instructions

  1. take big bowl.
  2. add wheat flour ,fanugreek leaves, salt, turmeric and chilli powder and salt.
  3. mix them well. add oil and make their teight dough by using required water.
  4. make their small roti. and make cut between them.
  5. heat oil .
  6. fry that puris in hot oil till golden brown.
