Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Palak Khoba Roti - 0 - 0
  2. Wheat Flour - 2 - cup
  3. salt - 1/4 - tsp
  4. Ghee - 2 - tsp
  5. Spinach - 1 - bunch
  6. Oil - 2 - tsp
  7. Jeera - 1 - tsp
  8. Garlic Cloves - 6 - pc
  9. hing - 1 - pinch
  10. Tamato - 1 - chopped
  11. Chilli powder - 1 - tsp
  12. Pumpkin Kheer - 0 - 0
  13. Ghee - 2 - Tsp
  14. Pumpkin (grated) - 1 - cup
  15. Milk - 3 - cup
  16. saffron - 10 - strands
  17. Sugar - 1/2 - cup
  18. Cardamom Powder - 1/2 - tsp
  19. Dry fruits - 3 - tsp
  20. Rose Water - 1 - tsp
  21. Makhna Kheer - 0 - 0
  22. Ghee - 2 - tsp
  23. Makhna - 1 - cup
  24. Cashew - 10 - pc
  25. milk - 3 - cup
  26. sugar - 1 - cup
  27. cardamom powder - 1/2 - tsp
  28. Rose Sagoo Kheer - 0 - 0
  29. Sagoo - 1 - cup
  30. milk - 3 - cup
  31. condensed milk - 1/2 - cup
  32. chopped nuts - 2 - tsp
  33. Rose syrup - 2 - tsp

Instructions

  1. Recipe-Palak Khoba Roti
  2. In a pan add 2 tsp oil , 1 tsp jeera , 6-7 garlic cloves , pinch of hing ,. 1 chopped tomato , 1 tsp chilli powder , salt as required & 1 bunch palak..saute it for 5 mins.. then make puree of it..
  3. Combine 2 cup wheat flour,salt,2 tsp ghee & palak puree in a deep bowl & knead in to a firm dough.. add water if required..
  4. Roll out it & pinch it uniformly one side.. Heat the tawa & place roti on it. Cook on both side in slow flame for 5-6 minutes.. serve immediately with ghee..
  5. Recipe- Pumpkin Kheer
  6. Heat 2 tsp ghee in a pan on medium heat & add 1 cup grated pumpkin and mix. Cook for 5 minutes..Then Remove it to a plate and keep it aside.
  7. Now take 3 cup milk in a pan & bring it to a boil & let it simmer for 10-12 minutes..Now add cooked pumpkin into it..add few starnds of saffron in to it.Let it simmer for 10 minutes.
  8. Now add 1/2 cup sugar and mix. Again simmer for 5 minutes.Now add 1/2 tsp cardamom powder and chopped dry fruits..mix it well..
  9. then add 1 tsp rose water and stir it well. put off the flame & serve it chilled..
  10. Recipe- Makhna Kheer
  11. Heat 2 tsp ghee in a pan & roast1 cup makhana and 10 to 12 cashews in ghee..grind it to a coarse powder..
  12. Heat 3 cups milk in a pan. bring it to a boil..add 1 cup sugar & makhna powder & also 1/2 cup whole roasted makhana in to it..add 1/2 tsp cardamom powder & saffron in to it..stir it well..
  13. Simmer it for 10 minutes on a low flame.then add chopped dry fruits & Stir it..now put off the flame & Serve it chilled.
  14. Recipe-Rose Sagoo Kheer
  15. Rinse 1 cup sago in water for couple of times & soak it in the mipk for 30 minutes.Boil 3 cup milk in a heavy bottom pan and let it simmer for 5 minutes.
  16. Now add the soaked sago and cook it till the sago cooked completely.Stir it in between.Now add 1/2 cup condensed milk and mix it completely,cook it for one boil.
  17. Now Add Chopped nuts and 2 tsp rose syrup in to it & mix it well.Put off the flame.Serve it chilled.
