Ingredients to make Pumpkin kheer

  • 150 gm grated pumpkin
  • 250 gm milk
  • sugar as per taste
  • Almonds and cashewnuts
  • 1/4 tbs green cardamom powder
  • 2 tbs purified butter(deshi ghee)
  • rose petals for garnishing

How to make Pumpkin kheer

  1. Take a pan heat it add purified butter and roast almonds and cashewnuts take them out and keep aside than add pumpkin.
  2. Cook till becomes soft than add milk and cardamom powder.
  3. Cook till you get a thick conssistancy, add sugar.
  4. Mix sugar and switch off the flame.
  5. Add roasted almonds and cashewnuts.
  6. Serve chilled.

My Tip:

You can also add condensed milk.
