Add 5 cups of water in a pan and add 1/4 tsp salt, then add the potato pieces when the water starts boiling. don’t let the potatoes get too soft it must be cooked 85%. after potato gets boiled drain out the water and keep the potatoes in a bowl
Add 2 1/2 tbsp water in a cup and add 1tsp chilli powder and ginger garlic paste and mix well
Add 2tbsp all-purpose flour, 2tbsp corn flour, 2tbsp rice flour in potatoes and mix well, then add the chilli paste we made and add salt 1/4tsp and mix well, if potatoes are not coated well add water accordingly and mix it well
Take a pan heat it for 5minutes add oil and heat it until it’s suitable for frying.
Fry the potatoes till they get golden brown and take potatoes out and keep aside.
Cut onion, csapsicum into pieces and chopp the green chillies
Take 3/4 cup curd in a bowl add 1 1/2 tsp all purpose flour and add 2tbsp red chillie sauce and 1tbsp green chilli sauce and add salt according to taste and mix it well
Take another pan heat it and add 2tsp oil and then add chopped green chillies and dry red chillies and curry leaves then add capsicum and onion and fry it a bit then add the curd paste and mix it well and add red food colour accordingly then add 1tbsp water and mix it well.
Finally add the fried potatoes in the curry we made and mix well
Enjoy eating aloo 65 “bon appétit”.
