Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Wheat flour-125-Gm for each
  2. Spinach-50-Gm
  3. Cartot-50-Gm
  4. Salt-1 -Teaspoon each
  5. Oil-1 Tablespoon -For each

Instructions

  1. Add ground carrot to 1 cup wheat flour,add oil,salt mix well and make parathas
  2. Cook on hot Tawa with oil or fry in hot oil
  3. Clean,cook spinach with salt and water,cool and grind it and mix with 1 cup flour and salt and make parathas
  4. Cook the parathas and also make plain roti,or puri
