ABOUT Tricolour Oats Pudding RECIPE

it's a no cook and make-ahead healthy pudding . it's a perfect recipe for you if you are looking for some breakfast recipe if you want to reduce your weight and also wants to eat balanced meal . This pudding has three layers , first one is oats , chia , spinach and banana pudding , the second layer is made up of oats , greek yoghurt and almond pudding and the final layer is made up of carrots , sweet potato , oats , chia seeds and greek yoghurt .

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Oats , 2 tbsp for each layer- 6- tbsp
  2. Banana- 1- portion
  3. Kiwi- 1- medium
  4. Spinach leaves fresh- 7- whole
  5. Chia seeds- 2- tbsp
  6. Vanilla powder- 1/2- tsp
  7. Almond milk, 2 tbsp for each layer- 6- tbsp
  8. Greek yoghurt , 2 tbsp for each layer- 6- tbsp
  9. Date pitted- 2- wholes
  10. Salt- 1- pinch
  11. Sliced almond- 4- tbsp
  12. Cinnamon powder- 1/4- tsp
  13. Roasted sweet potato- 2- tbsp
  14. Carrot for saffron layer- 1- medium

Instructions

  1. Add washed spinach leaves , banana . blend to a smooth paste
  2. Add 1 pitted and ripe date , blend together
  3. In a bowl mix together oats , chia seeds , salt , vanilla powder
  4. Add almond milk / any other milk
  5. Add spinach puree , mix well
  6. First layer , spinach oats pudding is ready
  7. Carefully pour in a glass or bowl
  8. Top with fruits and dry fruits of your choice . I have used kiwi slices .
  9. For second layer mix oats , almond milk , vanilla powder , Greek yoghurt and jaggery powder
  10. Pour over the green layer carefully
  11. Top with sliced almonds and banana slices
  12. For third layer blend together chopped carrots and sweet potato
  13. In a bowl mix oats , chia seeds , almond milk ,vanilla powder , salt , cinnamon powder, Greek yoghurt and carrot paste
  14. This is third layer , carrot cake oats pudding
  15. Carefully pour in the glass . now decorate with fruits of your choice .
  16. Keep in the fridge for 8 hours or overnight . serve cold .
  17. If pudding appears very thick add some more almond milk . drizzle with honey and pair with a cup of coffee or tea . Enjoy.
